Known issues
Outside Steps – got damaged recently and I haven’t replaced them. I’m throwing in a set of wooden steps for now. Replacements are $85.
Awning – The tarp fabric has delaminated and has started to peel away. The hardware is still good, so fabric should be $200-300 to replace.
Floor – there are 2 soft spots in the floor near the cabinets. It’s 20 year old particle board, I just don’t feel like replacing it.
